I live in the beautiful Surrey countryside on a smallholding, surrounded by ponies and dogs. My mum’s side of the family have been involved with horses for years – my mum and aunty competed from grassroots Pony Club to Affiliated showing, dressage, show jumping and eventing and my granny {known as Granny Wales) still teaches at the age of 82 and the love of horses has definitely rubbed off on me. When I was just 6 months old, mum decided it was time for me to have my first pony. Actually, it was my nan who bought Riley, a spirited Heinz 57 classic Thelwell pony, for just £1.00. Riley, with his devilish charm, still lives with us today, is officially the yard nanny and is my dad’s favourite.

I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by horses and ponies every day of my life and I love being outdoors and I balance my passion for riding with school, netball, hockey and athletics.

I am also an active member of the Bisley & Sandown Chase Pony Club and local Riding Club and also represent my school at NSEA events.
